July 4th Weekend!

I am not too sure as to what I'm doing for July 4th yet, but there will most likely be fireworks in there somewhere. Maybe a Barbeque. Who knows?!
Here are just some random pictures of BBQ, Fireworks, and a new outfit!
I hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend. The weather is going to be really hot and sunny.

Sophisticated Blues

Dress: Target. Cardigan: Forever21. Heels: Payless. Watch: Cote d'Azur.

I loved the print of the dress and when I tried it on, I knew that I had to have it. It is cinched at the waist and you can tighten it with a ribbon as well. I tied it so that the bow is in the front because I didn't want a lump popping out of my back under my cardigan or something.

Ready for Summer!!!

Blouse: Forever21. Camisole: Forever21. Jeans: Macys. Watch: Cote d'Azur. Flats: Payless Shoes. Ring: Disneyland.

Since it's the beginning of Summer, I find myself leaning towards wearing more sheer loose blouses. You might see a lot of lighter colors as well because it makes me feel cooler in the hot weather. I bought this blouse and camisole recently because I really liked the hints of sheerness and the stripes! I wore this to my internship the other day and I was sooooo comfortable.  Very breezy and comfy!

Target is my Friend

Shirt, Skirt, Belt, and Shoes: TARGET. Watch: Cote d'Azur.

Pretty much my entire outfit was from Target. I even got some of them on sale! I went to get a skinny belt from them and ended up getting a couple of other things because of the Memorial Day sale and with upcoming job searches and interviews, I've been trying to make my outfits more professional but not boring. I loved the coral blouse I got because it was less than $10! The only thing is that it's a medium, so it is pretty long and kind of big on me, but when I tuck it into a skirt or something, it's perfectly fine. I was definitely dressed the brightest out of all of the interviewees!

Umami Madness!

Blazer: Thrift from Out of the Closet. Shirt: Cotton On. Shorts: Cotton On. Wedged Heels: Target. Necklace: Forever21. Belt: Target. Watch: Cote d'Azur. Ring: Disneyland.

My friends and I went to Umami Burger on Hollywood Blvd the other day to try it out because of all the good things we heard about it. We walked into a bar-like atmosphere; it was very dim and busy with wood detailing and Chinese/Japanese symbols written on the walls. The menu was small, making it easier for us to decide on what to eat. I, myself, got the Socal Burger, which had lettuce, tomato, cheese, sundried tomato, and some kind of sauce in it. I also got a bite of the Umami burger. Both were really good; I don't even know how to describe it. I got a side of the truffle cheese fries, which came with their roasted garlic aioli. DELICIOUS!! The burgers start at $10 and the sides are generally about $6. Kind of pricy, but a great experience.
