Hakata Shin Sen Gumi
I'm not sure if I spelled the name correctly, but this ramen place is in Little Tokyo right next to the Quiznos and Yogurtland. I love coming here when I want to customize my ramen and get some appetizers here and there. You get to choose the softness of your noodles, strength of the broth, and amount of oil that goes in your ramen. Isn't that perfect?!!
Definitely give this place a try! One of my faves!
