Europane in Pasadena

I had a lunch date with my bestie this week and we decided to get Europane, which is one of my favorite lunch spots. The food is so fresh and they have cases of freshly baked breads for you to buy. I love that when I get a sandwich, I get to choose what type of bread I want. Yummmm....This time, instead of choosing my favorite, the egg salad sandwich, I decided to try their new one called the almond chicken sandwich. The chicken strips are breaded with almonds and there's provolone, mixed greens, avocado, tomatoes, and some type of mayo sauce in it. So gooooood....It took a lot of strength for me not to buy some macarons too!

I'm going to the Avocado Festival this weekend and I'm so excited! Stay tuned for pictures!
